Why we exist
Small businesses deserve better IT support
Most small businesses in the Lower Mainland deal with technology the same way — something breaks, someone calls a friend, a nephew, or a random technician from an online listing. There's no plan, no monitoring, no one who actually knows the business.
SecureDeer was started to fix that. We believe every business — no matter how small — deserves a dedicated technology partner who understands their setup, responds when something goes wrong, and proactively keeps things from breaking in the first place.
We're not a call centre. We're not a national chain. We're your neighbours, and we're accountable in a way that a 1-800 number never can be.

SecureDeer consolidates that. We cover the full stack so there's one number to call, one monthly invoice, and one team that's accountable for all of it.

- Cybersecurity — assessments, network hardening, MFA rollout, compliance, and ongoing monitoring
- App Hosting — self-hosted business apps (file storage, CRM, invoicing, scheduling) on infrastructure we manage
- Digital Presence — Google Business Profile management, local SEO, and ad campaign management
- Physical Security — security cameras, alarm systems, and access control (certification in progress)
